Description

Writing Post > Text tab icons for formatting text buttons have not be updated with the latest css.

The buttons in the Text tab are not supposed to be icons, they're HTML tags which can be used within the post.

The button text also changes to allow you to know if you've closed the tags/etc.

The alternative would be to just have the tabs toggle if you've viewing the generated HTML from Tiny MCE, or the rendered HTML (where as, currently Visual is Rendered TMCE, and Text is Raw post content, slightly different).. but I don't think there's a need for us to go in that direction..
