Greater than 90 Navigation Menu items causes problems by adding additional items by itself

Description

If I go over 90 menu items, it causes issues with the way the navigation menu is shown. I've tried this with both the 2014 theme as well as Optimize Press theme and same issue shows for both, leading me to believe it's a Wordpress core issue. This is with all other plugins turned off and with the latest version of the themes and wordpress.

Could you provide a screenshot of the issue?
