Automatically redirect Blogger feed URLs

Blogger feed URLs look like:

​http://example.com/feeds/posts/default

We should consider automatic redirection to the main WordPress posts feed for requests to this path, to ease people's traffic transition. The chances of someone having a WordPress page tree that exactly matches that URL is pretty low, and we could just bake it into our 404-based canonical URL magic.
