Code view (Text) of editor not functional in WordPress 3.8.1

Description

Cannot view the code of a page or post ('Text') when writing or editing a page or post. The default 'Visual' view is the only one that is usable / active.

Tested under Firefox and Chrome (latest stable versions, no plugins) on Windows 7.

If you can really reproduce this on a fresh install with no plugins active and a WordPress default theme enabled, feel free to reopen.
