    22> I mentioned this in Slack but feel worth adding to the ticket. In most cases I am the first to suggest user testing. This however is a complicated issue that easily has bias. I'm not saying it shouldn't have testing, I think the general feeling is yes we need feedback from this. However, user testing isn't the only form we can get that. If we have this in beta and as has been suggested, in a post, then the feedback there is our testing.

    4 Agreed. I was actually quite surprised to see that in my super limited "observation" all five users didn't close the bottom row after using it. I also had to tell two of the three new users that there is a bottom row...
     4Agreed. I was trying to see any reactions when asking people to edit one post with the current toolbars layout, and another post with the changed one.

    6 If this is the case for most users, the buttons in the bottom row would actually be "higher priority" as they would be slightly closer when moving the mouse from the editor body to the toolbars.
