10	10	- I've wondered about moving blockquote into the `formatselect` since it parallels headings and paragraphs more than the other formatting buttons. That would then be one less button to fit in the editor.
11	11	- I would love to see a switch from `formatselect` to `styleselect`, since it's easier to extend and might encourage developers to do more with custom CSS classes.

	13	@celloexpressions, I think the idea behind splitting across releases is to hide buttons before removing them altogether. That would make it easier to back out of these changes if people run into issues. That said, given the existing of TinyMCE Advanced and other similar plugins, "plugin territory" seems to be a very viable option for most buttons that get removed.
