    11It is possible to have a page (doesn't apply to posts) without a title. In those cases it is left to the user to "design" the title and wouldn't be able to add an H1 anymore with the suggestions. While I agree that H1 shouldn't be used more than once, maybe we could just leverage that and hide the H1 if 1) there is one already in the content and 2) the post being edited is a page (post_type). This suggestion might be a stretch, but I'm just throwing this idea out there in case there are others who find it useful.

     3@celloexpressions and @mrahmadawais I agree that the center button should be readily accessible there. But what if the center button was moved to be beside the other alignment buttons when in full view?
