 On the other hand, the Horizontal Line and Strikethrough buttons are rarely used and they can be placed in the kitchen sink without problems. Besides, they kind of break the visual hierarchy on the first row because of their small height.
+My proposal is to arrange the buttons like you see in the mockup below.

+The first row contains all the buttons used on a daily basis by the majority of people, managing to keep a visual symmetry at the same time. ( Buttons no longer seem to be randomly placed like they are right now )
