Hi,
Our hosted site ops.livingsocial.com gets the following error message from all users: ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 20 hours.
Nothing happens after that timeframe, the same page exists and no one can actually log in. Is there a way to unlock whatever the problem is to allow access back to all users?

The error comes from Theme My Login plugin, not core:

You should be able to remove the plugin via FTP.
