Submenu Hover Colors Make Text Invisible

Description

There's something wrong with the submenu hover colors in about half of the admin color schemes. In Coffee, Ectoplasm, Midnight, and Ocean, I can't see submenu text when hovered.

Tested in beta3.

I can reproduce in Beta 3, but not in trunk. Appears to be fixed in [27852].
