Description
To avoid entirely cloaking the HTTP request of a pingback verification, we should forward them on. More data passed onto for networks and hosts is a good thing. Same tactic as http://blog.akismet.com/2014/03/18/akismet-plugin-2-6/, for which the core security team was consulted.
