Missing More Colors Button under Text Color

Not sure if this is a return feature request or a bug (I tried opening Wordpress in Chrome, IE, and Firefox it was missing in all of them), but the "More Colors" button is missing at the bottom of the Text Color drop down list. I can manually add the color codes in Text, but prefer the More Colors button (it's faster and my non-techie clients understand hitting the button better than trying to teach them how to add a short bit of code). I use custom colors throughout my websites to match the company branding colors. We like to be consistant across our web and print marketing materials, as most companies do as standard practice. Would like to formally request the More Colors button be brought back if it was removed on purpose. Otherwise the new 3.9 looks awesome and has some cool new features that I look forward to using. Thanks.
