Description
I was messing around & writing my posts, when I found that Help tab in Post editor screen is little-bit outdated. It still thinks that there is an option to choose 1-column or 2-column screen, but there's not.
So, I attached the patch. Hope that's fine :)
Plus, I think we need to update this on 3.8 too, if you're planning on pushing a security update in near future.

The option is still there on Edit Post screen in 3.9, see the screenshot above. The patch appears to be invalid.

Yikes! It was a silly mistake by me. There's still this screen option in the post editor screen, but not in rest of WordPress. Thanks for correcting us :)
