After I accidently clicked update to wordpress3.9 version then having this error and have no idea how to correct it,

Those errors are correct. They are caused by a plugin the theme includes. They incorrectly using WordPress functionally and that is causing those errors.
You should contact the theme developer so he could address these issues.
