Copy pasting Armenian characters from Word removes all word spacing

This is a bug, it was not happening while we were using older than 3.8 WP versions.

When we copy paste an Armenian text from Word document to the WP text editor, its removing all spacing of words. I have tested this on multiple other WP websites aswel.

However, when we copy from an HTML or a text editor, it works.

I have attached a sample Word Document file with Armenian text.

I hope you can fix this problem :)

I can reproduce in 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9, but not in current trunk.

Appears to be fixed in [28568] or [28606].
