1		@p_enrique I can totally understand, that you dislike the fact, that a locale `es` should be taken for all country specific variants. But even doing this would not be enough. Think about a ~~country~~ such as `ug_CN` (Uighur - China). The best fallback in this case might be `zh_CN` (Simplified Chinese).

3	3	So simply takting the first part of a locale and falling back to any language starting with the same part, might not be enough.
