Description
Using double parentheses on a shortcode has no effect. It executes the shortcode normally.
I haven't tested this with 3.8, but it might have worked back then.

Sorry for the false report. I though there was a bug because I tested it in two different WP sites and same thing happened there.
However the bug is from another plugin, WordPress Creation Kit Pro.
I will close the ticket now.

Thanks for the report @sareiodata. Could you please give more details and specific steps to reproduce? I am not able to reproduce this. What shortcodes is this happening with, specifically? If you can't reproduce this with all plugins disabled and using one of the default themes, this is likely not a bug in WordPress.
