Description

This was originally reported here, but it seems the bug is actually that Wordpress uses an old version of TinyMCE that has this bug:

As you can see in the screenshot attached there, the logic is reversed in the version that comes with 3.9 (and 4.0-alpha nightly).

I just ran into another bug in the current WP 3.9.1 TinyMCE, where selecting and changing text-color at start of a paragraph in MCE Inline mode, would not work.

As you can see here there are dozens of other bugs that are affecting WP since it's using 4.0.21:
