Description

When you're on the Edit Site screen in Network Admin, the scheme shown before the site's domain is the current scheme, not the site's scheme. If the admin area is served over SSL this means https:// shows up as the site's scheme even if it's not.

Since #27954 the scheme of the site is actually used in canonical redirects, so we should fix this.
