Upload window does not respond if you leave the tab

Description

A lot of times when I upload an image and go do something else while it loads, the upload window doesn't respond.
I've tried waiting but nothing happens. So my only option is to randomely click the mouse all over the place, and it actually works.

  1. Which browser do you use?
  2. Does it still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Thirteen) activated?

Wasn't able to reproduce and there has been no traction on this in over a year. Going to close this out but feel free to open this issue again. :)

If you do choose to reopen the this ticekt please provide your browser and operating system so we may test the replication properly.
