    11This problem is not just for localhosts but also for live sites. I for example didn't like some of translations and changed them for my live site. Now every time I update a plugin or theme I have to restore my translations and it's just impossible.
    2 There can be a button in updates page for translations and only when an admin WANTS to update translations they update. The same way as plugins and themes.
