wpviews: up and down keys in paragraph select view instead of next line.

Description

When using the up and down keys in a paragraph with a view right before or after it, the view is selected, but instead the cursor should be set in the next or previous line.

I though I reported this ages ago, and if I did I can't find the ticket. Apologies if I repeat myself.
