Media Library: List all attached posts/pages for each image

Description

An image can be attached to many posts/pages, but there is no way in the Media Library to identify/trace/find them. The "Uploaded to" column in the Media Gallery shows only the first post/page, even if there are multiple attached posts/pages.

Could the Media Library screen be modified so that a user can find all the attached posts/pages for each image and not just the first post/page.

Though the existing layout might not suit, there are many UI alternatives.

If we link multiple posts, even though the grid view looks fine, it will create a problem in the list view, as it makes a single column in a table become big. Therefore I think it is better to rename the "Uploaded to" - "First Upload"

While media can be used in any number of posts, in reality the "attached" (or "uploaded to") portion of an attachment can only refer to one post, as it uses the post_parent field.
