Media Grid: Add a "No Media Attachment Found" for failed search result

Description
Right now, if we dont search anything, and media library is empty, a "Drop files anywhere to upload" message is displayed. And even if we search and it produces 0 results, it gives the same result.
I think that if there is no result after a search, a "Media Not found" message along with the other message should also be displayed. (See screenshot below)

Also if the library is empty, it gives a "library empty" message along with the "Drop files anywhere to upload" message.
