Description

Hi there I have a wordpress site at gsaproposalmaven.com and my clients complete a survey that is supposed to be directed to my email box. It was working at one point now it seems to have ceased working, I tested it myself and the survey is no longer directed to my email box PLEASE HELP

Its sounds like you're using a plugin for the surveys. Please go to the right plugin forum and report it there.
