    11I've submitted [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/28785/28785-plugin-card-table-draft.6.diff 28785-plugin-card-table-draft.6.diff] (based on tyelle's 28785-plugin-card-table-draft.5-alt.diff) to also link the plugin title to open the details thickbox.

    35I was also finding that the "More details" link was now too subtle as a simple link, not a button, so having the title also linked to the same might alleviate some of that concern, without overloading the page with buttons, be they primary or secondary.
