wpviews are not draggable

Description

There are a couple of issues I encounter in the back-end for TinyMCE:
1) Image with link loses link when dragged somewhere else.
2) Images with captions aren't draggable.
3) Audio, video, gallery and playlists are not draggable.
4) When I paste any text anywhere playlists reload.

Please report different issues separately next time.

1) Image with link loses link when dragged somewhere else.

This is already reported here: #28272.

2) Images with captions aren't draggable.

Reported here: #28003.

3) Audio, video, gallery and playlists are not draggable.

I'll rename this ticket for this.

4) When I paste any text anywhere playlists reload.

This has been fixed.
