Enhance User Experience for Closing the Distraction Free Mode

Description

I would suggest to place the close button next to the submit button as it is really anoying to move all across the screen after you submitted your editor action just to exit distraction free mode. See for yourself on the following screens.

We've changed the DFW mode in 4.1 and we'll not make further enhancements to the old DFW mode.
