Big top margin in Media Library grid at lower screen widths

At screens widths lower than 640px I'm seeing a huge margin above the media items.

I'm on a Windows 7 machine (64 bit) and I'm experiencing this on both Chrome 35 and FF 30.

Screenshot attached.

Above 640px wide everything is as expected.
