Yet another bug in floating TinyMCE in 4.0

I'm having another issue with the floating TinyMCE editor.

When there's a lot of text, and you try to select it from top to bottom by using Shift + Arrow keys, it will bounce you back to top when you reach the bottom.

I'm really excited for the 4.0, but I'm really HATING the floating editor.

I don't really use the term "hate" too much, but I'm just hating it :/

Yes, we can fix that. But maybe it's better to keep issues for #28328 in #28328?
