Speed up Plugin & widget Engine

Description

Make it so you can have 20 "Plugin" active at a time without compromising page speed and load time.

Make it so you can have 20 "Widgets Plugins" without compromising page speed and load time.

Hello! Thank you for your report. I'm sure there are some plugins that cause WordPress to run slow, but in general the number of plugins or number of widgets will not cause WordPress to run slow.

If you're having specific problems with your site, try the ​support forums. There's really not much we can do with a ticket like this, but on the support forums someone can diagnose your problem and file a ticket if it's WordPress core causing the issue.
