Photo view will not rotate if you hold the iPad upside down

MOBILE APP

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to my posts
  2. Go to any post
  3. Select to insert a picture
  4. Hold the tablet upside down

Expected result:
The screen to rotate in every position we want to like it does in other screens.

Actual result:
When you hold the tablet upside down, the screen doesn't rotate at all.
