This trac is a tool for the core development team. WordPress runs web sites, accessible through a web browser, either on a desktop, tab/pad or on mobile phones. WordPress core is also the backend service for several mobile and other client applications, through it's public APIs.

The mobile apps themselves https://wordpress.org/mobile/, the clients you install on iOS, Android or Windows Phone, titeled "WordPress for ...", are maintained other teams, using another set of tools.
