Description
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere yet, but the themes page in a multisite network in the most recent version has yet to have a theme page design like the main site would. Currently, the Network themes page is just a list of the themes, while each individual site has the theme browser implemented. I believe the network should be using the new browser interface as well.

Managing themes on the network level is largely about enable/disable/delete by an admin who is typically a power user, not browsing.
I agree.
Is the more screenshot-driven view the best one for that workflow?
I don't think so. In fact, it might actually make the workflow less efficient. Could the screen do with some touching up? Probably, though I don't see doing a complete makeover just to match the single-site experience as especially beneficial.

I second Drew on this one. The screenshot-driven flow would be less efficient for Network Management.
I would think perhaps adding in screenshots for a visual clue of what theme is about to be network activate would be nice, but I don't think it should match Single Site here for full display. if anything, I'd love to see a built in list of what sites have what themes, for a fast overview if you're thinking about deleting.

So there are possible room for improvements in terms of touch-up for this page correct? Or do we want to keep the design changes for a later release?

There's always room for improvement :) But it would definitely be a future release, not the current cycle (4.0).

Maybe it would be a good compromise to provide 'Details' link to open the theme-overlay
we now have on the site themes.php

What about a toggle like we see with the media library views: http://s.sar.ac/image/0n2q2X2r3Z33 both list view and screenshot view for network admins...
