Misleading "search" labeling

Description
This is using WP 4.0 beta 2.
In the theme customizer, when adding a new widget to a sidebar, a list of available widgets are displayed. At the top there is a "search" box to help in selecting the widget. I think this would be better labeled as "filter".

"Search widgets..." appears to be consistent with other search forms in the admin (e.g. "Search installed themes..."), and doesn't seem misleading to me.
