Facebook embeds not responsive

Description

This may be something that is up to each service to include but Facebook embeds are not responsive.

I did a using the list of sample links in #28195 and most other services are responsive.

It would be great if we could provide a consistent responsive view for all embeds.

Thanks for the report!

We don't support Facebook embeds in core, so this would be either for the theme or an embed-related plugin to solve.
