relative links in posts ought to be expanded to absolute links for feeds

Description
A relative link in the body of a post will break when read in an aggregator. Is this a problem of the feed _consumer_ or the feed _producer_ ? It seems we ought to be able to convert relative links to absolute links on-the-fly when we detect that we're sending a feed.
