Scroll bar appearing when pasting text into the text editor in 4.0

I was trying the latest 4.0 Beta 4 version where I found a(nother) bug in the new floating editor.

Here's what you have to do to see it in action (I'm on a small screen Samsung Notebook Laptop).

1. Visit the post editor screen, and use the text editor.
2. Copy something big enough to fill the editor with text and paste it into the editor and a scroll bar will appear.

I'm not facing the same problem with Visual Editor :)

Have not been able to reproduce this, and have not seen any other reports.

I'll try it from a different laptop and will send you a video later tonight. I was on a small screen laptop when it happened.
