Description

Since [29463] it's not possible to edit wpviews on touch screens anymore, see ​https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-edit-wpviews-on-touch-screen-pc-chrome-since-beta-4

I could reproduce this by emulating touch screen in Chrome.

29235.patch fixes it here. Tested on iPad and Android 4.4. Could you test too plz.
