Mass-edit deletion of comments is not working

When entering Mass-edit mode, I have been unable to delete the selected comments for the past many versions.

I have just downloaded and tested nightly build of 15-09-04.

I'm running it on Apache2, Linux Redhat. The error I get back is,

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in public_html/wp-admin/edit-comments.php on line 41

Note. I have deleted the true path
