29352.patch should fix the mentioned issues. It doesn't touch the plugin description yet, see comment:7:ticket:22897 for background. But it seems like [20617] got reverted so we could add it back.

Thanks, looking into it. Scrollbars seems to be the same issue as in #28010 and #27629.
