Found missing attribute custom size at insert media in post editor window. Please refer attached images for reference.

Like image details windows shows [CUSTOM SIZE] attribute

If you want custom sizes to appear in the media dialog, you have to use the ​image_size_names_choose filter.

Duplicate of #22911 and #24168.
