Editor scrolling shows behind quicktags/tinymce toolbar

When you scroll , the text content shows behind the toolbars and add media buttons.

I would have expected that to stop at the toolbar and disappear.

To reproduce, just make a post long enough to need to scroll in your window height and let it scroll.

Tested on Chrome/Mac.

Ignore me. Looks like CSS is being extra sticky on some updates. Will investigate!
