Description

Based on the logic in [28993], it seems "Uploaded to" and "Uploaded by" were only supposed to show in the grid. I'm not sure why they're not showing in the media modal sidebar, but they're extraneous information (especially if you just uploaded the image), take up valuable space, and push down more important fields, and the view should be rendered in the grid only.
