Problems with links to PDF on WP 4

Hello dears

I detect some problems with the new version of Wordpress 4.0:

• When I copy and paste a link to a PDF into a shortcode, the code show a "loader", then break the shortcode with 2 paragraphs

• In Firefox, the view change for HTML and visual Editor no works

Another suggestions:

• the "title" for images should be show in the uploader (and not only in the media manager)

What shortcode are you using for your PDFs? It's not part of core, so I suspect that whatever plugin you're using to handle your PDFs hasn't been updated. You can get troubleshooting help in the support forum for that plugin. Likewise, the issue with switching between visual and text editor modes is most likely a plugin problem, possibly even the same plugin.

Temporally I try disabled oEmbeds but not working, I think should be a button for disabling

I am testing with plugins disabled and with Opera and Firefox and the problem persist,then is a bug with Wordpress 4.0 and the new oEmbed format...

When copy and paste a link with PDF Wordpress try show a PDF, no load, and then break the text/shortcodes.

Where I can report the bug then?

I wasn't able to re-create this in testing. Can you provide a screencast/video showing the issue you're encountering so we can determine if it's a core bug or something that needs to be addressed by the plugin author?

I am testing today and I discover occurs with after create a new post/page, when insert the first link to PDF, if there is another link with PDF in the page/post working, but break the shortcodes too

The problem with the tabs in Firefox persist, too, no highitlight the tab for visual or html editor...

Could you give us exact steps to reproduce your problem? I tried inserting a PDF with the media modal and that works fine. I also tried inserting a URL to the PDF and that works fine too. The loader appears and disappears, but that's a different issue.
