Does it still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Thirteen) activated?

Hello on twenty fourteen theme "more" works fine and visual text too, links is still not working

Hi,

Could you write down the exact steps to reproduce, and copy paste any relevant content here? It looks like the link buttons are disabled at some point? In the GIF you made it's not exactly clear where the mouse is and when you click.

And what's the name of the theme or plugin that caused the other problems?

Hello, i reinstalled wordpress 4.0 on my vps and all works perfect now.
