As a follow up to #29496, apps.wordpress.org has now been moved to WP.org servers, so links to it can now be HTTPS.

We're going to 301 these to HTTPS soon enough. I'd rather avoid adding files to the release diff and partial builds if we don't need to.

Also, I thought this message was in a help tab somewhere, but it's only ever seen in iOS 5 and below, which I imagine is an exceedingly low percentage of iOS installs.
