"Save And Continue Editing" breaks referer redirect

Description

Behavior:

  1. Open the edit page for a post
  1. Click on Save

-> You are back on the post list

  1. Open the edit page for a post
  1. Click on "Save and Continue Editing"
  1. Click on Save

-> You are on the edit form for a new post

Intended behavior

  • Get redirected to the post list in both cases

Resolution:

  • Store the referer in a hidden field when the form loads the first time

BTW: Why do lists and normal line breaks not work here?

No traction in almost a year, so closing as wontfix.
