Theme install button is too big on mobile

Description

When viewing Add New themes page, click a theme to have it slide out from the left. One that happens the Install button is too large and overlaps the lower border. Reducing the padding corrects this problem. Found this on my HTC One with trunk and no plugins.

Patch there doesn't reduce the button size, but repositions it to fit in the toolbar again.
