Editing images icons should 'float' so they can be visible all the time

Description

I suggest making the two image editing icons (i.e. edit & delete -see image below) floating when the image's top is not visible (this is very useful when the images are very tall such as infographics) to avoid users to scroll up.

Currently these 2 icons are in a fixed position in the top left corner of the image.

I think that this will improve user experience (if it's doable of course).
